November is World Quality Month, which means we get to highlight our team’s ongoing efforts to improve the systems and efficiencies here at Pegasus Logistics Group.
World Quality Month is a time for organizations to reflect and celebrate quality achievements that have occurred throughout the year. As a team we’ve made big strides in 2019 to drive greater emphasis on quality throughout our organization. Corporate underwent a significant Quality Management System (QMS) overhaul to increase effectiveness of essential processes, increase stakeholder satisfaction, and promote compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Our efforts were proven successful upon receiving our recertification from our certifying body.
Additionally, LATAM was busy making great enhancements to their QMS by not only passing their ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit, but also certifying in Great Place to Work for 2020. These achievements would not have been possible without the participation and contribution from our team members.
However, our work is not done! Quality progress is never fully exhausted, because there is always room for advancement. We encourage all stakeholders to participate in our culture of quality. We look forward to working with you all on furthering our maturity in quality in 2020!
